On January 6, 2024, a performance review meeting for the middle and senior management of "Liang Tai" was held in the multi-functional hall on the second floor of the Changsha company. The meeting was chaired by Yang Youzhi, member of the Party branch committee and general manager of Changsha company. Peng Dan, secretary of the company's Party branch committee and chairman; Zeng Xianshan, vice chairman; all middle and senior managers; and representatives from the marketing frontline attended the meeting.

Middle and senior personnel of Liang Tai responded with practical actions and presented their achievements. At the performance review meeting, they earnestly summarized the work of the past year and proposed key work plans for 2024. In 2023, we consistently adhered to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC. With the strong support of the group company and leaders, we accurately judged the market situation, closely followed the annual goals, and made every effort to seize orders, adjust structures, promote transformation, and stabilize growth. The company's main economic indicators, such as production volume, operating income, and profit, have continued to climb. The company thanks all middle and senior management personnel for their hard work.

Peng Dan, secretary of the company's Party branch committee and chairman, delivered a keynote speech titled "With Dreams in Mind, There Will Be Light." He highly affirmed the achievements of 2023. In 2023, against the backdrop of fierce market competition, the company continued to maintain rapid growth in production and sales, and its profitability further improved. Looking forward to 2024, he demanded that all middle and senior managers: 1. Strengthen the study of Party's theoretical knowledge, establish "four consciousnesses," strengthen "four confidences," and resolutely uphold "two safeguards"; strengthen the integration of Party building and business, and deepen the construction of the corporate culture of "integrity, innovation, unity, and struggle." 2. Continue to magnify the advantages of the "Liang Tai" restructuring, starting from common interests and undertaking, truly achieving 1+1>2. 3. Under the leadership of the group, complete and promote the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and "15th Five-Year Plan", and carry out work on strategic investment introduction and project construction. 4. Continue to focus on and deepen the development strategy of "one body, two wings, and four super products" to achieve new breakthroughs. 5. Continue to strengthen the service concept of "everything customer-centric." 6. All departments should strive to be "profit centers" and create a situation of profit from multiple channels and multiple sectors. 7.
