On January 17, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced the list of National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises for 2023, and Hunan Xiangtou Jinting Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangtou Jinting Technology") was among them. This is another national honor the company has received in the field of technological innovation, following its recognition as a "National Enterprise Technology Center."

National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises are reviewed and recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The aim is to commend enterprises with outstanding achievements in tackling key core technologies and industrialization. A comprehensive and systematic evaluation is conducted on the applicant companies' innovation investment, talent incentives, technology accumulation and reserves, technological innovation output, and benefits. Only two companies from Hunan Province were selected this time.

For many years, Xiangtou Jinting Technology has adhered to its original mission of "serving national strategies, fulfilling the responsibilities of state-owned enterprises, and building an international brand." It has focused on the research, development, production, and operation of titanium metal, and has become an important specialized production and research base for titanium and titanium alloys in China, ranking among the top tier of the national titanium industry. Focusing on solving "bottleneck" problems, the company has made breakthroughs in several key core technologies in the field of deep processing of titanium and titanium alloys, such as the preparation of large-weight wide-width titanium strip coils and thin-walled titanium welded pipes, filling numerous gaps in various fields from scratch; it has been selected as a "Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprise" by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and has been awarded the title of "Benchmark" Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprise; it has established a National Enterprise Technology Center and a National Postdoctoral Research Workstation; it has drafted 47 national and industry standards, and has been granted a total of 226 patents, including 107 invention patents; and has been recognized as a national-level specialized and new "small giant" enterprise and a national intellectual property advantage enterprise.

In the future, Xiangtou Jinting Technology will continue to increase R&D investment, improve its technological innovation system, cultivate sustainable innovation capabilities, increase efforts to tackle key core technologies, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improve its core competitiveness, and contribute greater strength to building a strong technological nation and helping to realize the beautiful blueprint of "Three Highs and Four New".
