Today, the Hunan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) held a field promotion meeting and "July 1st" commendation ceremony for the "10,000 Party Members' Quality Improvement Project" in the Xiangtou Jintiantian Titanium Production Workshop. Xiao Wenwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Provincial SASAC, attended and delivered a speech.
The meeting first commended the "Two Outstanding and One Advanced" individuals in the provincial SASAC system. They come from various fields within the state-owned assets system, including management personnel, technical experts, industrial workers, grassroots employees, and teams, fully demonstrating the quality and style of Party members in the state-owned assets system. A total of 70 outstanding Party members, 65 outstanding Party affairs workers, and 65 advanced grassroots Party organizations were commended.
This event, taking the promotion of the "10,000 Party Members' Quality Improvement Project" as an opportunity, thoroughly implements the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the Provincial Committee, providing a solid organizational guarantee for high-quality enterprise development. Since last year, the provincial SASAC system has implemented the "Party Building Deep Integration Year" action, and grassroots Party organizations of provincial state-owned enterprises have fully implemented the "One Class, One Article, One Practice" activity required by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department.
On June 8, the provincial SASAC system held a micro-Party lecture competition and Party building brand competition. After enterprise recommendations, expert reviews, and on-site competitions, the award list was announced on June 30 at the meeting. Among them, the Party building brand "Shou Chuang Hong" recommended by Hunan Expressway Group, "Jin Si Dai" by Hunan Nonferrous Metals Industry Investment Group, and "Hong Ban Shou" by Hunan Airport Group, and 7 other works won the first, second, and third prizes for Party building brands; "Green Construction, Shouldering the Mission", "Lighting Thousands of Homes with Green Energy", and "Striving to Be New Era "Railway Soldiers" and 7 other works won the first, second, and third prizes for "Micro-Party Lectures".
In the "State-owned Assets Lecture Hall" session, four heads of provincial supervisory enterprises shared their good practices and experiences in Party building, whether organically integrating and promoting them together, achieving precise positioning and promoting the deep integration of Party building and production and operation, or using a problem-oriented approach and "prescribing the right medicine" for immediate rectification, each with its own characteristics.
Xiao Wenwei pointed out that state-owned enterprises are the most reliable force for our Party's governance and national rejuvenation, and are an important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Hunan state-owned assets system should seize the opportunity of solidly advancing the "10,000 Party Members' Quality Improvement Project" to conduct a thorough study of theories, strengthen ideological understanding, study ideas, strengthen Party spirit, focus on practice, and achieve new success; we must take practical actions and responsibilities, guide practice and promote work with the Party's innovative theories; and strengthen Party building to lead and guarantee high-quality development of state-owned assets and enterprises.
