Hunan Xiangtou Jintiantian Metal Co., Ltd. was established in December 2007 with a registered capital of 20.21666666 billion yuan. It is a state-owned holding enterprise jointly established by Hunan Xiangtou Jintiantian Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Lianyuan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production, research and development, and operation of wide-width titanium strip coils, titanium and titanium alloy plates and tubes in China.
Located in the national-level Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the company invested 1.45 billion yuan to build a titanium material production base with an annual output of 10,000 tons, which is a key construction project in Hunan Province. The company has always adhered to the model of independent research and development and innovation. In 2007, it independently developed China's largest-weight wide-width hot-rolled titanium strip coil. The successful development of this product filled a domestic gap, changed the pattern of China's reliance on imports of titanium coils and titanium welded pipes, and was hailed as a milestone in the development of China's titanium industry. In 2008 and 2009, it successively developed cold-rolled titanium strip coils and titanium welded pipes, breaking the monopoly of Japan and the United States, and providing important new material support for China's aerospace, marine equipment, biomedical, 3C electronics, new energy, petrochemical and other strategic industries. The company's products are widely used in power, ships, chemicals, energy conservation and environmental protection, bioengineering, and construction.
The "titanium-steel combined" model for producing titanium strip coils is an innovative production model in China. The company's production of cold-rolled titanium strip coils and titanium welded pipes is domestically leading, and is a Hunan Provincial Manufacturing Industry Single-Item Champion product and a national "specialized, refined, and new" small giant enterprise. Our company spearheaded the development of 35 national and industry standards, including the national standard for cold-rolled titanium strip coils (GB/T 26723) and the industry standard for hot-rolled titanium strip coils (YS/T 750). Currently, it holds 154 patents, including 60 invention patents. It has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications, EU PED certification, BV and DNV classification society certification, and aviation certification. The company has successively won the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award, the First Prize of the China Nonferrous Metals Standardization Award, and the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award. The company has a provincial-level enterprise technology center, a provincial engineering technology research center, a provincial industrial design center, a Changsha Municipal Expert Workstation, and a postdoctoral innovation and entrepreneurship practice base. Relying on the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenyang Institute of Metal Research, Harbin Institute of Technology, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Central South University and other institutions as technical research and development platforms, through refined production and advanced technology, we provide domestic and foreign customers with overall solutions for the application of titanium and titanium alloy products and high-quality products.
