To further enhance employees' legal awareness, strengthen their ability to prevent and resolve legal risks, and continuously deepen the construction of a law-based state-owned enterprise, on June 13, the company organized a special training session on the comprehensive innovation and pragmatic response to the new Company Law. This training invited lawyer Ge Ziming from Hunan Jinzhou Law Firm as the lecturer. Members of the company's management team, middle-level managers, and employees of management departments participated in the training, with Jinting New Materials setting up a training sub-venue.

This training focused on the new Company Law regulations, covering several aspects, including an overview of the revision of the Company Law, changes to the company's capital system, optimization of the company's governance system, improvement of equity transaction rules, and special regulations for state-owned asset companies. During the training, Lawyer Ge Ziming used various forms, such as case analysis and interpretation of regulations, to enable the trainees to have a deeper understanding and knowledge of the legal provisions.

This training effectively enhanced employees' legal literacy and practical operational capabilities. In the future, the company will continue to strengthen the training of legal knowledge to provide a solid legal guarantee for the company's development. The implementation of the new Company Law will place higher demands on corporate governance. The company will adapt to legal changes, improve its legal management level, improve its risk prevention and control mechanism, and ensure the company's compliant operation.
