Xiangtou Titanium Gold Crew Leader Skills: Pre-shift Meeting Competition

　　To continuously improve the pre-shift meeting management system in grassroots units, continuously optimize the pre-shift meeting process, and effectively improve the ability level, safety awareness, and professional quality of grassroots managers such as crew leaders, section chiefs, and department heads in production units, ensuring that various deployments in the production site of the strip mill are implemented, on the morning of August 11, a "Xiangtou Titanium Gold Crew Leader Skills: Pre-shift Meeting Competition" was grandly held at the production site of the strip mill, jointly organized by the Xiangtou Titanium Gold Company Trade Union, Human Resources Department, and Strip Mill. The six teams participating in this competition were the preparation section, rolling section, finishing section, finished product section, shot blasting and pickling section, and equipment department maintenance team of the strip mill.

　　This competition was judged on-site, requiring contestants to strictly follow the requirements of the pre-shift meeting to host the meeting, and also to make clear arrangements for safety production within the stipulated time according to the simulated pre-shift meeting scenarios of the strip mill temporarily provided by the review team. Contestants took to the stage one after another to host the pre-shift meeting according to the drawing order.

　　In the competition, the contestants "showed their skills", combining the actual safety production and quality standardization of their respective crews, arranging the main production tasks for the shift, emphasizing the remaining problems from the previous shift, carefully explaining the safety precautions for the shift, and meticulously explaining the safety regulations, striving to make the meeting content close to work, highlight key points, and be vivid and vivid within the stipulated time, fully demonstrating the outstanding style of each crew. After nearly two hours of intense competition, the shot blasting and pickling section won first place, the finished product section won second place, and the rolling section won third place.

　　Pre-shift meetings are a major component of grassroots management at the production site and are an important vehicle for conveying the spirit of the superior, arranging work tasks, and pre-shift safety risk control to crew members.
