　　On the afternoon of September 21, at 2:00 pm, the Party General Branch held a democratic forum in the meeting room of the strip mill. The meeting was chaired by Tang Tiesheng, the organization committee member of the Party General Branch. Members of the Party General Branch, members of each branch committee, representatives of Party members, and representatives of the masses attended the meeting. At the meeting, the representatives spoke freely and actively reflected some problems in production and life to the Party General Branch and the company, and also put forward some suggestions.

　　The main problems reflected by the representatives at the forum focused on the decline in the quality of food supply in the staff canteen, poor tableware hygiene, low salaries and wages, unreasonable secondary performance distribution, and lack of effective communication. In response to the above problems, members of the Party General Branch responded one by one, especially regarding the canteen catering issues. After the meeting, members of the Party General Branch immediately went to the canteen to find out the situation and instructed Chuanglian Catering Company to immediately solve the problems of tableware disinfection and packaging boxes, ensuring food safety while gradually improving the catering level and quality. At the same time, the Party General Branch publicly promised: Our organization will seriously treat every problem and suggestion raised by the vast number of staff and workers. In the subsequent work, we will continue to innovate the forms of organizational life, give full play to the role of the Party organization as a link and bridge, do more effective communication, and convey positive energy, working hand in hand with the vast number of staff and workers to create a new chapter.
