Since the beginning of the year, the company has adhered to the principle of production-centricity, implementing a series of reforms in aspects such as performance incentives, which has significantly improved employee enthusiasm. As of March 25, the company's March output exceeded 500 tons, setting a new historical high. This historic moment has filled all Taiting employees with excitement and pride.

While the achievements are significant, the process was not easy. Faced with various challenges such as raw material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and urgent orders, all departments worked closely together to overcome the impossible. The procurement department planned ahead, contacting raw material suppliers starting in December of last year, ensuring the smooth progress of production organization; Chen Xiaoqin, director of production support, sprang into action on the fifth day of the Lunar New Year, driving to the Changde hot-rolled coil factory at 3 am to address a malfunction in the acid recovery system. The dispatch center urgently scheduled production to complete order delivery; upon receiving an urgent order for new materials, the dispatch center worked overtime to schedule production, ensuring the completion of the hot-rolled coil - finished product - strip slitting process and the timely delivery of the order.

Thankfully, under the leadership of plant manager Wang Hao, the cold rolling plant treated the factory as their home, with employees staying directly in the workshop and sleeping on a less-than-2-meter sofa in the office during busy times; Han Cong and Kuang Lianjun from the cold rolling plant used their spare time during production to work day and night, test-rolling a precise thin strip of 0.189mm; Jiang Xiaodong stayed at the production site for over 24 hours to solve the problem of surface vibrations on the rolling mill; Dong Yuxiao persisted in working despite illness, providing support for the straightening equipment operation; He Zhiqiang continuously supported shift changes and the degreasing unit; Li Yuehan and Liu Jinzhong fully demonstrated their dedication, taking on multiple roles and providing support wherever needed in preparation, continuous annealing, and degreasing units; there are many more such individuals, including Hu Wuyin, Gong Zhiguo, Li Xiaozhi, Zhang Puquan, Wang Bizhao, Pi Jiaxiong, Zhang Yun, Xie Yongchao, and Meng Guoliang, etc., who are the most admirable people in the company. Let us pay tribute to them.

With such a united effort, who could resist? With such an offensive, what city could not be conquered! It is precisely this spirit of seizing every second, working tirelessly, and collaborating closely that, link by link, brought together the power to accomplish the impossible.
