On the morning of February 18, a provincial Party committee's enterprise epidemic prevention liaison group, comprised of Liang Qinglin, chairman of the trade union of the Provincial Higher People's Court, and Xie Yuanbin, from the Judicial Police Corps, came to the company to supervise epidemic prevention and control and the resumption of work and production. Liang Qinglin and his team first conducted a careful inspection of important locations such as the production workshop, canteen, employee dormitories, office building, and temporary isolation point, focusing on reviewing recent entry and exit personnel records and temperature detection logs. Liang Qinglin expressed full affirmation of the company's epidemic prevention and control measures, stating that Jintian Titanium's resumption of work and epidemic prevention work has a clear思路, comprehensive measures, and is effectively implemented; work is proceeding in an orderly and efficient manner, with employee resumption rates exceeding 90%, and production and operation are stable and controllable.

Subsequently, Liang Qinglin conveyed the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee's leading group for epidemic prevention and control regarding strengthening epidemic prevention work after the resumption of work and production. He also learned in detail about Jintian Titanium's current situation regarding the resumption of production and work and epidemic prevention and control, as well as the impact of the epidemic on Jintian Titanium and the difficulties faced in resuming work and production. He pointed out the need to continuously strengthen prevention and control measures, strengthen epidemic science popularization and warning publicity, and carry out epidemic prevention work such as temperature measurement at entrances and exits, disinfection of public areas, and timely grasping the dynamics of personnel returning to work recently, establishing personnel records to ensure no one is missed.
