Recently, the Hunan Provincial Women's Federation issued a notice on the list of model units for the Hunan Provincial Urban and Rural Women's Post Achievement Creation Activities in 2023-2024. Liu Zhengqiao, the Chief Technical Quality Officer and Head of the Technical Quality Department of Hunan Xiangtou Jinting Titanium Metal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiangtou Jinting Titanium"), stood out and won the title of "Hunan Provincial Women's Role Model in Construction."

Liu Zhengqiao joined Xiangtou Jinting Titanium in 2008 and has been deeply involved in the titanium processing industry for 15 years. From a front-line technician to the Chief Technical Quality Officer, she has always dedicated herself to her work with enthusiasm, leading her team to achieve high-quality scientific research results, changing the long-standing reliance on imports for high-quality titanium plates and strips used in heat exchangers in China. She and her team have conducted in-depth research on the preparation technology of titanium and titanium alloy strips, and during the "Research and Development of High-Strength and High-Plasticity Titanium Strips for Nuclear Power Plant Plate Heat Exchangers" project, they broke through the key technologies restricting the preparation of titanium strips for plate heat exchangers in nuclear power and other fields. The project passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation of the non-ferrous metals industry, reaching the international advanced level overall, and successfully solved the "bottleneck" technical problem of high-end product localization. As a core member, she participated in the research and development project of precision strip materials in the 3C field, developing a series of ultra-thin, ultra-flat, high-performance precision titanium strips with a thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm, achieving sales exceeding 100 million yuan.

Today, Liu Zhengqiao holds multiple positions, including a representative of the Twelfth Hunan Provincial Party Congress, a member of the Rare Metals Branch of the National Non-Ferrous Metals Standardization Committee, an external cooperating tutor at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, and the leader of a Hunan Provincial enterprise technological innovation and entrepreneurship team. She has presided over the development of 2 industry standards, participated in the formulation and revision of 6 national and industry standards, published 9 papers, and obtained 62 authorized patents, writing a magnificent chapter of "Forging Ahead on a New Journey, Women's Flourishing Youth" with practical actions.
