On January 9th, Jinting Titanium successfully held its annual performance appraisal meeting for middle and senior managers. Zeng Xianshan, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, and other senior company leaders attended the meeting, which was presided over by Deputy General Manager Sun Jinyu.
2024 is a crucial year for the company to implement the deepening and upgrading of state-owned enterprise reforms, and also marks the first year of high-quality development integrating "two titanium" (referring to the company's two main titanium-related businesses). With the concerted efforts of all employees, the company has achieved remarkable results in various aspects of its work. This year, we successfully completed the key tasks of the three systems reform, successfully introduced 700 million yuan in strategic investment, and received honors such as National Innovative Enterprise for Primary Standards, Hunan Provincial Benchmark Enterprise for "Three Products" in Raw Materials Industry, and Hunan Provincial Benchmark Project for Digital Transformation of Manufacturing in the "Intelligent Empowerment of Ten Thousand Enterprises" initiative.
Chairman Zeng Xianshan put forward three key requirements for middle and senior managers at the meeting, concise yet profound: Firstly, "Deep Cultivation." As managers, they should cultivate both business and management, maximizing and ensuring sustainable growth with limited resources. In terms of business capabilities, they should strive for excellence; in terms of management capabilities, they should understand that the power of a team far surpasses that of an individual. Through effective management, the full potential of the organization should be unleashed, ensuring unity of thought, collaboration in work, and consistency in action. Secondly, "Breaking the Status Quo." Managers should bravely break through existing limitations in their thinking and lead their teams to find new growth paths. They should continuously learn and improve their thinking, not limiting themselves to the present when solving problems, but deeply analyzing the essence of the problems, broadening their thinking, attempting reverse thinking, and introducing new dimensions. Only by breaking through the status quo can new paths of development be opened. Thirdly, "Long-Term Perspective." Talent cultivation should uphold the concept of long-term perspective. As managers, cultivating talent is a crucial responsibility. They should be good at guiding employees' standards of conduct, accurately identifying and classifying talent for cultivation, helping them grow and progress. At the same time, they should provide promotion opportunities for competent employees, employing talent without prejudice.

This meeting was not only a comprehensive summary and review of the past year's work, but also pointed the way and united the strength for the company's future development. Looking to the future, Jinting Titanium will continue to uphold the spirit of "leaping forward, striving for the peak," continuously deepen reform and innovation, accelerate transformation and upgrading, and strive to build a leading titanium industry enterprise with international competitiveness. We believe that with the joint efforts of all employees, Jinting Titanium will usher in an even more brilliant tomorrow!
