On December 18, the company held the 2021 Technical and Technician Series Open Competition in Conference Room 407. 64 employees participated, and Professor Yu Wei, the company's rotating chief engineer, provided guidance and comments.
Chai Donghe, member of the company's Party General Branch and deputy general manager, gave a mobilization speech before the competition. He stated that the company's annual competition is to provide a platform for technical and technician personnel, guiding professional talents to continuously improve their professional level and enhance their business capabilities. He hoped that the technical and technician team would focus on the difficulties and pain points of the company's production and operation, creating value, achieving results, and making contributions.

The competition was divided into two parts: the technical series and the technician series. 64 candidates took the stage to give speeches and answer questions. They presented their work based on their 2020 performance, strengths, work plans, and goals. The judges scored and provided comments and guidance based on each candidate's performance and answers.

The "three-system reform"—personnel can be hired and fired, positions can be promoted and demoted, and income can be increased and decreased—is an important measure for the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Xiangtou Group to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises. The company continues to optimize its human resources structure, further improving the career development channels for the administrative, technical, and technician series, and establishing a broadband salary system with nine job grades. Performance bonuses are gradually tilted towards positions with high pressure, high difficulty, and creative work, and towards those who work diligently.
